Peru

Peru
Peru asks something of you, and gives more back. Days begin in thin, bright mountain air and move at the pace of the valley — a walk along old agricultural terraces, a long lunch of food grown within sight of the table, an afternoon with nothing scheduled. The Andes have supported careful, deliberate living for a very long time, and that steadiness is contagious. Our partners there work in small groups, close to the land, with an emphasis on rest, altitude-appropriate movement, and food that does most of the work.
The altitude is part of the point. Arriving slowly, sleeping well and letting your body adjust builds a rhythm that many guests end up carrying home with them.

Food, Movement, and Thin Mountain Air
The Andean highlands are one of the world's great larders — quinoa, kañiwa, hundreds of varieties of potato, corn in colours you have never seen. Meals are simple, seasonal and largely unprocessed, which makes Peru a natural fit if your programme centres on nutrition and fasting.
Movement here is unforced. Walking the terraces above the Sacred Valley, or simply climbing the stairs to your room at 2,800 metres, is training in itself. Add thermal springs, long evenings and very little to distract you, and the result is a reset that feels earned rather than administered.
